You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The return is your right and it will always be accepted if you proceed with your request following these steps.

  • We cannot substitute the items but only REFUND them, If you need substitutions please make a return and then please place a NEW order on the website
  • Our return policy only allows a refund of the returned items.
  • You can make a single return request for each order.
  • The shipment costs for the return will be on our charge only if the return is carried out in accordance with the following procedure.
  • We will not accept returns sent by different process and different couriers.

HOW TO MAKE A FREE RETURN
1. Pack all the items you wish to return – ideally into the original parcel provided.
2. Please fill out the return form and include it in the parcel.
3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel.
4. Return the parcel using the postal service shown in the top right corner of the return label.
Please be aware that we only provide one return label pr. order.
Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us.

We will contact you once your parcel has been received and again once your refund has been made. Please make sure that all items are sent back to us in their original condition.
If you have made multiple orders and want to return items from them in one parcel ; that is
completely fine. Pack the items up into one box, but make sure to include the completed returns forms from the different orders. If you have lost your returns form or the returns label, please contact us at welovecontact@ataman-label.com and we will send you a new one.
